If you currently have FAMIS, you can also contact the CPU for questions regarding renewal and ongoing eligibility.

 

If you have Medicaid or Medallion, you can contact your local Eligibility Worker at your local DSS if you have questions about your case.

 

If you have Virginia Premier as a Managed Care Organization (MCO) and you need assistance finding a provider or have questions regarding services covered or referrals call 1-888-338-4579.

 

To locate a Dental Provider for your children who have Medicaid or FAMIS call Smiles for Children at 1-888-912-3456.
